AI Manifesto

AI is transforming how organizations operate, how governments serve their citizens, and how entire industries create value. We welcome that transformation. We've spent over twenty years preparing for exactly this kind of disruption.

We also believe the conversation around AI has become dangerously unbalanced: too much hype, too little honesty. AI will not save everything. It will not replace everyone. And deployed without care, it will fail the people it was supposed to help.

These four principles are commitments we make to ourselves, our clients, and our communities.

• AI is part of our future. It is not all of our future. We believe that AI is most powerful when it is deployed to solve problems that matter, from education to health. We prioritize the inclusion and well-being of people in every deployment of AI.

• AI is for everyone and must be affordable. Without affordability, AI capabilities will be out of reach for the majority of the world's population. We find this unacceptable. We champion AI accessibility from the Global South to the Global North because the smarter world we are building must include everyone.

• AI will succeed only when it is safe. Without safety guarantees and guardrails, AI will destroy people's trust in the technology.

• AI is as good as your infrastructure and data. The more integrated your information systems are with your operation, the more effective your AI will be.
